Wig from your own Hair

Wig from your own Hair

MANUFACTURE OF HOS SYSTEM WITH HAIR OF YOUR CHOICE

Our philosophy on the specific issue concerning the “Medical Wig”, moves in two axes:

  • Its full contribution to the psychological support of the patient during chemotherapy and expected hair loss.
  • In the continuous investment in the field of Research and Development of Technology, in order to continuously upgrade and evolve state-of-the-art know-how.

Apart from the above, however, the HOS hair system has another advantage, since it has the ability to be made from the patient’s hair of choice, which he can choose and supply to us.
Thus, the personalized hair system ideally serves the needs for a flawless appearance, but also its future stylistic needs.

The process of building the Hair System

For the process of building HairSystem HOS, you should know the following:

  • Quantity

We will need at least 400 – 500 grams of hair of your choice.

This practically means at least 6-8 “rich” braids of 30-35 cm in length each.

This hair should be about the same as yours in key areas such as texture, length and color. There is no specific restriction, as long as they are “healthy” for building the system.

  • Length
    • In order for the plant to be able to process the hair in all phases, it must be at least 30-35 cm, so that as soon as they are received, they can be properly treated and separated according to the length, in order to then start the construction.
    • The final length that the system will have after the completion of the construction will be 5-8 cm shorter than the original length.
  • Density

The density will depend on the wishes, but also on the previous condition and image of the hair, so that the final result is as close as possible to the previous image of the patient.

  • Measurements

At the same time, we will proceed with measurements of the head so that the system is perfectly adapted to the dimensions of the patient.

Schedules

The time required to build the system, which will be tailored to the patient, is 6-12 weeks.
